Overview
Back Alley Alliance (路地裏同盟) is a organization mainly composed of people who have been forced to live in back alleys due to being turned into Dead Apostles.
Their main activities are patrolling the streets late at night and eliminating suspicious people (Dead Apostles and murderers who attack people indiscriminately, etc.).
Being at night because most of the members of the alliance are Dead Apostles, where their activities are almost exclusively limited to nighttime.
Ciel is their natural enemy due to her basic stance to see and kill the enemy when dealing with the dead. In Melty Blood: Act Cadenza the members were just Satsuki and Sion but have grew over time.

Satsuki Yumizuka
Satsuki Yumizuka is a light-skinned girl with brown hair who fell prey to the Roa and became a Dead Apostle.
She is the most powerful person in the Back Alley Alliance and has extremely high potential as a mortal.
Sion Eltnam Atlasia
Sion Eltnam Atlasia is an alchemist girl who came to Japan from Atlas Institute in pursuit of Night of Wallachia.
She is being chased by the Atlas Institute for breaking the precepts of the institute.
Riesbyfe Stridberg
Riesbyfe Stridberg is an old friend of Sion's.
She is a financial source for the Back Alley Alliance, taking advantage of her ability to work during the daytime.
White Len
White Len however, rarely works with these women.
Maybe that makes her the ghost club member?
Michael Roa Valdamjong
Roa s the main culprit in turning Satsuki into a Dead Apostle, but it seems that Satsuki was completely unaware that he was her parent vampire. She was only recognized as "one of the less shady ones", and was recruited as the lowest member of the Back Alley Alliance.
He was defeated by Satsuki and handed over his position as the Twenty-seven Dead Apostle Ancestor to Satsuki.
Furthermore, even White Len called him the smallest member of the Back Alley Alliance.
