Abilities

Basic Attack: Lucent Moonglow

Deals Ice Damage to a single enemy.

Skill:

Transcendent Flash: Consume a Skill Point, Jingliu deals Ice Damage to a single enemy and obtains 1 stack of Syzygy.

Moon On Glacial River: Deals Ice Damage to a single target and adjacent enemies (based on Jingliu's ATK). This Skill Consumes 1 stack of Syzygy and does not consume Skill Points.

Ultimate: Florephemeral Dreamflux

Deals huge Ice Damage to a single target and adjacent enemies and also obtains 1 stack of Syzygy.

Talent: Crescent Transmigration

When Syzygy reaches 2 stacks, Jingliu enters the Spectral Transmigration state. In this state, her Action and her Critical Rate is increased; also her Skill Transcendent Flash enhanced to Moon On Glacial River.

At this time, Jingliu can only use her Enhanced Skill: Moon On Glacial River and Ultimate: Florephemeral Dreamflux and cannot use other Abilities.

When Jingliu performs an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, her Attack increases and consumes 4% of all other allies's respective Max HP (HP of allies can only be reduced to 1 and they will not be downed in this way). This ATK increases by 540% and is capped at 90% to 198% of her base ATK, lasting until the end of the current attack.

Syzygy can stack up to 3 times and when Syzygy reaches 0 stacks, Jingliu will exit Spectral Transmigration.

Technique: Shine of Truth

Jingliu can use this Technique to create a dimension and all enemies in this dimension range will become Frozen (this dimension lasts for 20 seconds).

After entering the battle while the dimension is still activated, Jingliu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and obtains 1 Syzygy stack, also Freezing enemies for 1 turn. Enemies cannot take action while Frozen and receive Ice Additional Damage at the start of each turn.
