Makoto Arakawa (荒川誠), also known as Blackyinktoling(ブラッキーインクトリング) is an infamous person who’ve been messing in the online. He was joined the Splatoon Community in 2017 until was left in 2019.
Biography
January 8, 1993, He was born in Sumida-Ku, Tokyo. Either of his parent is white and he have a white descent. This is the way, he strongly thinks “I’m a white man” and he fundamentally disdain people of color. Especially, He hates black people because he got disgrace by attacked Jamaicans unilaterally.
In 2000, He was joined in special class for handicapped children by unknown reason. However, it has been hinted by him that the reason is a mental disorder.
In 2008, he assaulted and raped an other school’s female student and drove her to suicide. He was later expelled from school. His father protested the his expulsion, but it was not accepted. He never got a job or re-enrolled and began shoplifting repeatedly.
In 2011, after the Great East Japan Earthquake, he registered on Twitter. His first account does not exist, but he is still on Twitter.
In 2013, he registered on YouTube, Pixiv, and other online sites. As he became more and more involved in online activities, his days and nights became reversed, and his parents accused him of being a recluse and not working.
In 2017, He interested Splatoon and he joined Splatoon Gmod community. However, he hadn’t played any installment. On the contrary, he didn't even own a Nintendo Switch or Wii U.

However, his aggressive personality made him many enemies and his notoriety was spread.
In August 2019, His notoriety among Japanese netizens had reached a break point, and a movement finally emerged to identify his address and personal informations.
His online posts revealed that he lives in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, and he lives with his parents' apartment. And then, through the betrayal of his friend, “Mr. Y”, his Facebook account was exposed. The account was secret except Facebook users, but it was exposed. Understandably, he registered Facebook under his real name, and then, which triggered the survey of an online registry, which revealed his address in just less than a day.
Soon his name and address were posted in a comments section of his Pixiv works, and when he noticed it, he deleted the comment and then tweeted, "It's too nasty to post my personal information”. So, He admited that his personal informations was real, proving it to himself.
He has since closed some of his online accounts, but stubbornly continues to be active on Twitter.
