A student of Raira Academy. First year A group class member.
He managed to get into the academy with the position no.32 among all the qualified applicants for the entrance exam.

He is also a childhood friend of Masaomi Kida, which is the main reason why Mikado moved to Ikebukuro at the first place - he got invited by Masaomi to study in Raira Academy with him.
