The distinctions between the tags "inhuman girl" and "monster girl" are blurry, and on Pixiv, they are nearly interchangeable. Inhuman girl, however, is a more lax term than monster girl; for instance, a plastic bottle that is anthropomorphic and obviously feminine may not be considered a monster girl, but she is probably thought of as an inhuman girl.
