Don't Feel Like Winning (勝てる気がしない, Kateru Kiga Shinai) is one of the meme tags used in pixiv.

The Criteria

「Those who see it will be overwhelmed by its aura and its power, and dare not raise against it. An illustration with strong charisma」

「One look and you'll lose whatever willpower you have to fight it. Usually used when the illustration portrays immeasurable killing aura, or makes you feel disgust」

This tag is mainly used to express fear or respect to the artist of such caliber. However, there are exceptions as well:

「So surprisingly adorable that the viewers will not fight it (the moe emotion) no matter what, similar to "HNNNNNGGG"」

「Illustrations that are so sexually arousing that it distracts you from trying to even lift a finger on the opponent when provoked or challenged」

「High technique, high quality illustrations that will make you feel lost for any mental willpower upon looking at it」

can also be tagged with this tag. Of course, there also are many illustrations that fit multiple definitions.

Other than that, regarding Image Response battles in personal projects, it can be used for illustrations that yearn for page views but it's obviously a lost battle for them.
