Overview
Aikatsu Planet! (アイカツプラネット!) is a TV series and an arcade game made by Bandai Namco. It is the fifth installment of the "All Aikatsu" series.
It was aired on TV Tokyo from January 10 to June 27, 2021, for 25 episodes. It even inspired a web variety show with animated shorts on the official Aikatsu YouTube channel as well as the movie adaptation released on July 15, 2022.
The TV series features a hybrid of live-action drama and animated segments.
Instead of cards, Aikatsu Planet! uses the Swing system where avatars use Swings to tame mysterious creatures known as Dressias, possessing wonderful outfits to use on stage battles.
