Overview
Gloves are clothes part used to protect, warm and decorate the hands.
They come in a variety of lengths and materials, including cold weather gloves, work gloves, long gloves that reach up to the elbow, and blade-resistant gloves to prevent cuts.
Some gloves are worn to protect the object that is touched or for hygiene reasons, and are used for forensic analysis, art objects, food, etc. to prevent fingerprints, sebum, and sweat from being left on them, but they are also used by criminals to avoid leaving evidence.
Some gloves only have the fingertips exposed, because the fabric makes them difficult to use and work with.
