This tag is used in Axis powers Hetalia related works as a coupling tag depicting Spain and Romano.
This tag contains elements of both combination and couplings. How it is depicted is entirely up to the artist, and do note that some of the illustrations may contain elements for fujoshis.
The tag is originated from one part of the quote from the manga story where Spain used to conquer South Italy, and "Finally I got myself a follower...!" was the quote that lead to the establishment of this tag. Even though North Italy was not happy about it, he eventually accepted it.
