The McLaren MP4/7A is a Formula One car that McLaren Honda used for most of the 1992 Formula One World Championship.

The McLaren MP4/7A is a Formula One vehicle that was operated by the Marlboro McLaren Honda team for most of the 1992 Formula One World Championship (The MP4/6B was initially used for the first two races).


The MP4/7A was the last V12 powered car used by McLaren and the last Honda powered McLaren car until 2015 and the last Honda powered McLaren to win a Grand Prix as of 2024. The MP4/7A was also the first McLaren to use a semi-automatic transmission system instead of the manual transmission system used on the MP4/6.
