Mikku Miku na Hannou (みっくみくな反応, lit. Mikku Miku-ish Reaction) is a Japanese erotic gag nonsense manga by Toire Komoru.

Overview
The gag manga was first submitted at the 13:11, 24th of March, 2010. The first run ended at it's 33rd episode on 07:59, June 7th, 2010.
The final episode of it's first run earned a Daily Ranking position of 8th on the day of it's submission.
The series soon started it's second run at 14:26, June 27th, 2010 and ended at the same year, October 29th. A lot of people waited for it's third run...supposedly.
The manga then went on it's third run on 22:11, March 8th, 2011, and going on.
Characters
Master
The series main protagonist. He's a perverted gentlemen who is always seen naked at home.
He always tried to advance on Miku-chan without been overly impulsive. But of course, it always ended up rejected, or ignored. He excels on the ability to keep himself cool during night and always seen prepared to take advantage of Miku, but nevertheless, Miku-chan easily sees his ability through.
He also shrinks easily with an extremely scary countdown. However he also show his cool side sometimes.
He is shown to be surprisingly good in massaging.
At chapter 71, he is shown to be a man who is financially dependent on Miku-chan.
At chapter 92, he finally wore something, but failed to keep this a habit.
Miku-chan
The series main heroine, Lives with Master. Her job is of course, singing. She is also good in housework (which includes cooking). When she is free, she watches TV shows to kill time, which is mainly comedy.
She uses either calm, or extreme methods to reject Master's advance on her whenever they share futon together during sleep times. However, she is also shown to stop Master from trying to perform any infidelity, no matter how far the distance may be. She also shown to have some tsundere tendencies, while mostly avoiding Master's excellent ability to the next day.
Recently she seems to show some affection on his own Master...?
Rin-chan
Miku-chan's friend. Has a big big affection♡ for male's private parts to the point of having confidence in holding the whole of it inside her own mouth.

Mikunatta
Appeared at chapter 22.5 all of the sudden.
A combined thought of "Want to report" and "Want to hide without gap"; and without reasons why, born this character. Thought to be an ultimate form of chaos.
Megurine Luka
Miku's co-worker. First appeared at chapter 27.
A perverted lady with a virtue, and has the thought of a middle school boy. She is also a virgin.
Seems to have an extreme case of nosebleeding whenever she is shown a fanservice of panchira.
For some reason she is being under Manager's care.
Len-kun
Appeared at chapter 39. The only normal person. Supposedly be more maiden than any inferior female. However he fell after chapter 49, after Rin's "assault", which awakened his M tendencies.
Ghost
Appeared when Miku was showering. Because of her appearance, it was proven that Miku-chan hates ghost. Easily ward off with a use of insecticide spray.

Nushijamayawa Niku
Appeared at chapter 85. A rival to Luka. A lesbian, she has a one sided crush on Miku.
She tend to hold a great opposition towards Luka, and to that end she even plan to fondle her breasts just to find out her weakness.
Rin's master, as she got her entire erotica knowledge from her. However since Nushijamayawa got her entire erotica knowledge from just reading ero-manga, it is rumored that both her and Luka are the same, virgins.
