Scream Tail is a Paradox Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
It resembles a creature depicted in a paranormal magazine. Scream Tail is said to be a Jigglypuff that existed a billion years ago.
In the anime
Scream Tail is one of the Pokémons belonging to Onia, a member of the villainous organization called the Explorers. In the anime, Onia caught Scream Tail moments after they were defeated by the Paradox Pokémon named Great Tusk.
