Overview
Shinbi's Haunted House (신비아파트) is a South Korean animation produced by CJ ENM and aired on South Korea's cable channel Tooniverse as well on other networks.
First aired as a four-episode mini-series titled Shinbi's Haunted House: Room 444 at the end of December 2014, it became a full-fledged TV series in July 2016 onwards, spawning movies, live-action K-drama spinoffs, and other series of mixed media works.
The TV series centers on the siblings Koo Hari and Koo Doori as well as a goblin named Shinbi, a young exorcist named Choi Kanglim, and their friends as they battle against "ghosts" threatening the city and join forces with them using a mysterious item called the Ghost Ball, as well as foiling the dark forces threatening the world.
