Overview
Sunrise (夕焼, hinode) is the time when the sun begins to emerge from the eastern horizon and rise. It is also the time of day.
In the Arctic and Antarctic regions, it can only be seen during the spring and autumnal equinoxes, but in Japan and most other parts of the world, it can be seen on a regular basis as long as the weather is clear.
It is refreshing to see the dimly-lit landscape brighten up at once.
