Overview
Tetrapods (四肢動物), Greek for four-footed, are four-legged animals in the tetrapoda superclass. In a broad sense, refers to any vertebrate other than fish, but in a narrower sense, it refers to the "amphibian side" of the pterygotes (a group that includes coelacanths, eustenopterans, acanthostega, and ichthyostega), that is, acanthostega and ichthyostega. For now, let's just remember that they are amphibians.
