Utsuho Reiuji is a fictional character from the Touhou Project series of bullet hell shooter video games. She first appeared as the final boss of the game Subterranean Animism, where her actions indirectly led to the events of the later game Undefined Fantastic Object. Utsuho also appears as a playable character in the game Touhou Hisoutensoku and as a boss in the scenarios of Sanae Kochiya and Cirno. She also appears as a target in Stage 8 of the game Double Spoiler and in the background of Hopeless Masquerade.
Utsuho is depicted as having long dark brown hair, wearing a white short-sleeved shirt with a red "third eye" in the center, a short green skirt, and a green hair-ribbon. On her right arm, she wears a device resembling a nuclear control rod. She also wears a cape that is white on the outside and features a starry pattern on the inside, which is kept aloft by her black wings. Her right foot is encased in congealed matter, representing the "elephant's foot" of Chernobyl, a mass of cooled radioactive material and glass. Her left ankle is orbited by electrons.
