Cruise Missile developed by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) during the Cold War.
The McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) Tomahawk is a cruise missile currently in service with the US Military and Royal Navy. The Tomahawk can be launched from ships (RGM-109), submarines (UGM-109) and before the end of the Cold War; from land units (BGM-109). The Tomahawk was made famous during the Gulf War in 1991.
