When allies with Cipher trigger the Damage Boost effect provided by Sparkle's Talent, each stack additionally increases the effect for 2 turns.

When Sparkle is on the battlefield, the max number of Skill Points is additionally increased by 2. For every Skill Point consumed, the damage dealt by all allies will be increased for 2 turns and stacking up to 3 times.
- Technique: Unreliable Narrator

After Sparkle used her Technique, she puts all allies in Misdirect state for 20 seconds (allies with Misdirect will not be detected by enemies). When allies enter the battle while they're having Misdirect state, the Misdirect state recovers 3 Skill Points for allies.

He's quite the entertaining one, and dependable when it comes to handling matters. The only thing with this guy is... he's got a line he won't cross... having limitations always kills the vibe!
