Overview
Athletic (アスレチック, asurechikku) is the state of being physically active, being in shape, or people center around being athletic known as athletes.
In Japanese, however, "athletic" refers to playground equipment (attractions) that combine various obstacles for the purpose of traversing them.
Although the playground equipment has a strong image of being for children, many adults are also fascinated by it, and some of them offer a high level of difficulty and thrill to adults as their main demographic.
