Overview
Briefers Rock (ブリーファス・ロック, Burīfasu Rokku), or just Brief (ブリーフ, Burīfu), is one of the main characters of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He is a relatively sensible person among the characters, and is the second unlucky boy after Chuck to be victimized by the Anarchy sisters, as he is called by Panty with a single whistle, and is involved in a battles against ghosts.
He is a male student at Daten City Academy, a geek, and in love with Panty, who has transferred to the high school. His position on campus is at the bottom of the class.
He has a deep knowledge of the occult and science fiction, and carries a "ghost detector" on his back that looks like a mine detector.
