Overview
Click Not Recommended (クリック非推奨) is a tag that expresses the artist's desire for the viewer to see the work.
In some cases, it is used to announce the "shocking end" of an illustration, such as a manga, which does not end with a single frame.
However, there are cases where the author simply forgets to shrink the image, or a beginner doesn't understand the difference between resolution and pixels and raises the image to a ridiculous size.
Basically, this is a tag that should be added by the contributor, and should not be added by the viewer.
If you want to warn other viewers that the image is too big, you can use the Unexpected Image Size tag.
Caution
However, there are some viewers who do not consider "click not recommended" to be a bad thing as described above. This is a matter of interpretation of words, and you should be aware that just because you are tagged with this tag does not necessarily mean that the viewer has malicious intent.
