The most common method of the act has the man laying down as the two women sit on top and trap the penis between their vaginas, as if the two women are scissoring. Either party then begins grinding against the other genitalia.

Another method has the two women getting down to a missionary position with their vaginas touching, as the man inserts the penis between both and begins grinding.
