The F-15C Eagle is an improved of the F-15A built by McDonnell Douglas. The F-15C had more internal fuel than the F-15A. The USAF, Israeli Air Force and the Royal Saudi Air Force were notable users of the F-15C. The Gulf War would see the F-15C claim most of the conflict's air to air kills.
Until 2023, F-15Cs were assigned to the 18th WG of the USAF based at Kadena Air Base on Okinawa.
