A famous person (有名人, yūmeijin) is a person whose name is well known to the public.
It is commonly used whether one is famous in a good or bad sense.
Many illustrations of actors, voice actors, comedians, singers, etc. are posted on pixiv.
This tag cannot be applied to fictitious people, even if they are famous, but only to real people.
The term celebrity is similar to famous person, but it is used only for people who are widely known and recognized in society in a positive sense.
