As the title implies, this tag is used mainly for Halloween related illustrations for Hetalia. Many Hetalia illustrations will be submitted during the season in order to celebrate the event.
There are quite a lot of illustration depict characters wearing their own design costumes instead of the ones available online.
The 2010 version of Halloween event simply had the official Hetalia website, Kitayume decorated with halloween theme, along with each main characters wearing halloween related costumes.
