This is the tale of one Kurokami Medaka and her companions on the Hakoniwa Academy Student Council; they accept any problem written to their Suggestion Box and will do their best to solve it... However, it wasn't very popular, so once it hit the 3rd volume, it became a battle manga about various abilities. Well, it is a series by Nisio Isin. A TV anime was announced and it began broadcasting in April, 2012.
Student Council Executives
They wear an arm band with their job title printed on it around the left arm. The color of the arm band signifies the job - red is President, blue is Vice President, and the other three departments are green.
Medaka Kurokami: President → Independent.
Zenkichi Hitoyoshi: General Affairs Manager → President.
Misogi Kumagawa: Vice President. Medaka's "Opposing Force".
Kouki Akune: Secretary.
Mogana Kikaijima: Treasurer, rented from the Swimming Team. (at a rate of 320 yen per day)
