Natsume Akatsuki

Natsume Akatsuki (暁 なつめ, Akatsuki Natsume) is a Japanese novelist born in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture and is best known for the KonoSuba series. In 2012, he entered his first work Dragontarashi for the 8th MF Bunko J Light Novel Rookie Award, but was not selected in the second round. After that, he wrote Combatants Will Be Dispatched! and other works onto Shousetsuka ni Narou, but closed his account.

Not too long after that, he started a new account under the name Jitakukeibihei (自宅警備兵) and wrote KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! and other works, which were published in physically form in 2013.
