Overview
Sega Sammy (セガサミー, Sega Samī), stylized as SᴇɢᴀSammy, also known as the Sega Sammy Group is the holding company for Sammy, a major slot machine and pachinko game manufacturer. Along with the merger of Sammy, they merged with Sega, a major game manufacturer, and their affiliated companies.
History
In December 2003, Sammy acquired Sega and the resulting business merger led to its establishment on October 1, 2004.
From May 2014, the group underwent structural reforms, and in April of the following year, the Sega Sammy Group was reorganized.
