Overview
Speech (音声, onsei), taken literally, it is the voice of a person or animal.
Today, however, it often refers to voices or other sounds propagated by technology in Japan. In other words, it includes not only the voices of people and animals, but also music, sound effects, and anything else that can be received by the sense of hearing.
It may also refer to the content of TV and internet broadcasts other than images and video (visual expressions).
It may also refer to the audio staff of a broadcast station, who collect and record these sounds. The tag is usually for audio related things.
