Overview
Terapagos is the name of the Pokémon that appears in the Pokémon series. It first appeared in the Pokémon Scarlet/Violet's DLC Expansion titled The Indigo Disk.
According to the PokéDex, it is thought that Terapagos lived in ancient Paldea until it got caught in seismic shifts and went extinct. It protects itself using its power to transform energy into hard crystals. This Pokemon is the source of the Terastal phenomenon.
In the anime
Terapagos is a key Pokémon that became the center of the storyline of the 2023 Pokémon anime series. It emerged from a pendant Liko's grandmother, Diana, gave it to her.
A prime target of the villainous organization called Explorers, Liko's main goal is to protect Terapagos by all means with the help of Roy, Dot, and the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers as they search for the mythical paradise called Laqua.
