In a world where virtually everyone has some kind of superpower (Quirks), the protagonist, Izuku Midoriya is Quirkless... As in... he is just a normal human being. Even his parents have some kind of quirk! Regardless of this shocking reality, his dream is to become the number 1 Hero, just like All Might who is portrayed as the most powerful and popular hero in the show.
