Spin-off fighting game of Tsukihime. It is the summer of early August, nearly a year after the main story of Tsukihime. In the town of Misaki, an atmosphere of unrest is spreading along with a strange heat. Rumors of "the return of the murderer from a year ago" were circulating among the people. Shiki Tohno wanders the streets at night to confirm the truth of the rumors. The story opens with the appearance of an foreign girl who calls herself Sion.
