Power (パワー, Pawā), is a devil hunter of the Public Safety Devil Hunter Special Division 4. She was a devil herself who is now possessed by a devil in human corpse, making her a fiend. Normally, she would be exterminated, but since she shows relatively intelligent and rational among other fiends, along with the other fiends in the Special Division 4, Makima protects them and trains them as Devil Hunters.
Her true identity is that of a Blood Devil (血の悪魔, Chi no Akuma), and according to her, before becoming a fiend, she was a high-ranking devil feared by other devils.
