Perona (ペローナ, Perōna) is a pirate from "ONE PIECE".
A former Seven Warlords of the Sea, an executive of the Thriller Bark Pirates led by Gekko Moriah, and one of the Mysterious Four.
Powers
He is a master of the Hollow-Hollow Fruit, which allows him to create ghosts at will.
The ghost floats around whispering "Negative, negative, negative," and when a human passes through its body, it loses its motivation and will to fight.
