Overview
VIMS (ヴィムス) is a group company of Arts Vision. The main shareholder is I'm Enterprise, also an Arts Vision group company, which is a subsidiary of I'm Enterprise.
The company was established by former Sigma Seven member Showtaro Morikubo and his management staff as a spin-off from I'm Enterprise, and was originally called I'm Enterprise VIMS (however, the official name in the corporate registration is "VIMS" in katakana).
