Overview

A dancer under the Zubayr Theater, Nilou's dancing is but elegant and graceful — however, outside the stage's spotlight, she's just like any girl her age; warm, smiling, and friendly.

Talents

• Normal Attack: Dance of Samser

1. Normal Attack: Performs 3 rapid strikes.
2. Charged Attack: Consumes Stamina to perform a twirling strike.
3. Plunging Attack: Plunges from the air to the ground and deals AoE Damage on impact.

• Elemental Skill: Dance of Haftkarsvar

Enters the Pirouette state and dealing Hydro Damage to nearby enemies (based on Nilou's Max HP). While in this state, her Normal Attack or Elemental Skill will be changed to her Sword Dance stance or Whirling Steps stance respectively, while Damage she deals is converted to Hydro Damage that cannot be overridden and is treated as Elemental Skill Damage.

Nilou's third dance stance will end Pirouette state in these stance and has some effects:

1. Sword Dance: Unleashes a Luminous Illusion that deals Hydro Damage to enemies it hits and gains Nilou the Lunar Prayer effect. While Lunar Prayer is active, Nilou's Normal Attack is converted to a Sword Dance and her final hit will unleash a Luminous Illusion.
2. Whirling Steps: Unleashes a Whirling Water Wheel that deals AoE Hydro Damage and creates a Tranquility Aura that follows your active character and applies the Wet status to enemies in that range.

• Elemental Burst: Dance of Abzendegi: Distant Dreams, Listening Spring

Deals AoE Hydro Damage (based on Nilou's Max HP) and applies the Lingering Aeon effect to all enemies hit. Enemies had the Lingering Aeon by this way will take Hydro Damage after a short delay.

• 1st Ascension Passive: Court of Dancing Petals

If the party consists exclusively of Dendro and Hydro characters (at least one Dendro character and one Hydro character), The third stance of Nilou's Elemental Skill, when executed will confer the Golden Chalice's Bounty effect on all nearby characters for 30 seconds.

When a character under the effects of Golden Chalice's Bounty is hit by a Dendro attack, the Elemental Mastery of all nearby characters is increased for 10 seconds.

• 4th Ascension Passive: Dreamy Dance of Aeons

Bountiful Cores triggered due to Golden Chalice's Bounty deal increased Damage based on how much of Nilou's Max HP exceeds a given value. Bountiful Core Damage can only be increased in this manner by up to maximun 400%.

• Utility Passive: White Jade Lotus

When Nilou achieves Perfect Cooking on dishes with Adventure-related effects, Nilou has 12% chance to double the product.

Personality

Nilou is extremely polite to just about everyone she meets, especially when she's off-stage. She is highly skilled in dancing, being the main star of the Zubayr Theater. She is patient and helpful, guiding people through issues they have step-by-step and offering ways to relieve stress.

She enjoys sweets, seeing them as a way to make people happy. On the other hand, she despises mushrooms; she has trauma after eating a poisonous mushroom and is unable to discern the differences between poisonous and non-poisonous mushrooms.
