Overview
Minami Fuyuki is a classmate of the protagonist Shiki Tsubasa and the female protagonist of this manga. She's a Hokkaido girl who dyeing her hair blonde, wearing short skirts in winter, and refusing to wear gloves in the winter so that she can still use her phone.
She is also knowledgeable about how to deal with snow and cold, and the customs of Hokkaido.
