Overview
Minami Fuyuki is a classmate of the protagonist Tsubasa Shiki and the female protagonist of the series. She was born in Hokkaido, and got interested in the Gal/Gyaru fashion and culture early in her life. At the beginning of the series, she was portrayed as being 16 years old. Chapter 101 of the manga marked her birthday party, and she's now 17. She dyes her hair blonde, wears short skirts even during winter and doesn't put on gloves so that she can still use her phone.
Minami is knowledgeable about how to deal with snow and cold, the customs of Hokkaido and a lot of trivia about her birthplace. Although she isn't good at studying, she shows prowess at winter sports, such as skiing. She has a pushy personality and is close to everyone, but on the inside she is pure and kind-hearted.
Minami met Tsubasa by chance at a bus stop on his first day in Hokkaido, and they soon became close enough to go to each other's homes.
