Overview
The story takes place in Kivotos, a gigantic academy city where thousands of schools form a federation.
The player takes on the role of Sensei, who is assigned to Kivotos, and in answering questions from students with halos on their heads day and night, he solves the problems they face through his jack-of-all-trades activities.
It is common for students to own firearms, as well as mobile phones. Ammunition and grenades can be purchased at convenience stores and vending machines, and while each school naturally owns tanks and combat helicopters, they illegally buy and sell ammunition, tanks, and other supplies leaked from each school. There is also a black market, humanoid combat robots "automata" and "drones" sometimes go out of control, and public safety is poor, with companies in the city naturally owning PMCs.
