Overview
Nudity (裸, hadaka) is the absence of any clothing. It's the state of being bare with no covering. See stark naked for details.
Naked relationship refers to a relationship in which all is exposed, and both parties are able to speak frankly to each other (think communal bathing, something more common in Japan). It is never meant in a sexual sense.
