12 Ecliptical Constellations (黄道十二宮, Kōdō Jūnikyū), also known as the 12 zodiac signs in Western astrology, are traditionally assigned two categories of gender (male/female), three categories of nature (active, immobile, flexible), and four categories of meaning according to the four elements (fire, earth, wind, and water).
