Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, nicknamed Alya, is a Japanese-Russian first-year student who is very talented and popular, everybody admire her. Masachika Kuze is just a boring guy who always sleeps in school, and is the classmate sitting next to Alya. Even though Alya can speak fluent Japanese, she sometimes uses a little Russian when talking to Masachika. What she didn't know was that Masachika also knew Russian, so he could understand Alya's true thoughts.
