Ben is an employee of the construction company Belobog Heavy Industries and one of the current president Koleda's confidants.
He was one of the veterans who had been present since the previous president's time, but unlike Anton and Grace, he was an ordinary worker at that time, and Koleda discovered his talent and made him one of her confidants. He currently holds the executive position of Director of Finance and Human Resources Asset Management.
Although he looks like a fierce bear, Ben is actually a gentle and kind businessman. Ben tends to avoid speaking about sensitive topics, but his feelings for the Belobog family and the company are passionate, and he is trusted by Koleda and the other two confidants.
Although he is a bear, he doesn't seem to like fish, but his favorite food is caviar.
