Story
Sunday decisive battles between the Super Sentai Divine Dragon Rangers and the Villainous Army of Evil have become an annual tradition, and in Amanogawa City, the city on the front lines, the battle between the Super Sentai Dragon Keepers and the evil monsters has been going on for 13 years.
However, the reality is that the Dragon Keepers have wiped out almost all of the executives in just one year, and the only surviving fighters, such as Footsoldier, are forced into match-fixing battles to entertain people.
Footsoldier D decides to overthrow the Dragon Keepers and rebels against the Great Corps in order to reverse the situation where he is no longer a villain who just keeps pretending to be defeated.
