Negi Haruba (春場 ねぎ, Haruba Negi) is a Japanese manga artist, pixiv user, married man and the father of a child. The name "Haruba Negi" is a pen name that came from the character Negi Springfield from Negima! Magister Negi Magi. He is also a tourism ambassador for his hometown, Chita City (from 2020).
