Overview

Kafka is a member of the Stellaron Hunters, her bounty is 10,899,000,000 credit.

On the Interastral Peace Corporation's wanted list, Kafka's entry only has two things — her name, and a single sentence: "Likes collecting coats." Little is known about this Stellaron Hunter aside from her being one of Destiny's Slave Elio's most trusted members. She is a master of fear and can use the enchantment of Spirit Whisper to cause mind manipulation of her target.

Originally from the planet Pteruges-V, which does not know what Fear is, Kafka was born lacking the emotion of fear and is unable to appreciate the value of her own life. She made a living by hunting down demons that exist on the planet, but after making a promise with Elio that he would "bring change to Kafka," she gladly joined the Stellaron Hunters.

Abilities

Basic ATK: Midnight Tumult

This won't take long.

Deals Lightning Damage equal to 50%-110% of Kafka's ATK to a single target enemy.

Skill: Caressing Moonlight

Deals Lightning Damage equal to 80%-176% of Kafka's ATK to a single target enemy and Lightning Damage equal to 30%-66% of Kafka's ATK to all enemies adjacent to it.

If the target is afflicted with DoT, they immediately receive additional Damage equal to 60%-78% of their original Damage.

Ultimate: Twilight Trill

Good times never last.

Time to say bye. BOOM.

Deals Lightning Damage equal to 48%-86.4% of Kafka's ATK to all enemies, also they will become Shocked and take additional Damage to the currently Shocked state, equal to 80%-104% of its original Damge. Shock effect lasts for 2 turns.

While having the Shock state, enemies receive Lightning DoT equal to 116%-318.275% of Kafka's ATK at the beginning of each turn.

Talent: Gentle but Cruel

After an ally uses Basic ATK on a single enemy, Kafka launches a follow-up attack and deals Lightning Damage equal to 42%-159.6% of Kafka's ATK to that enemy, also inflicting Shock effect as her Ultimate to the attacked enemy target for 2 turns. This effect can only be used once per turn.

Technique: Mercy Is Not Forgiveness

Immediately attacking all enemies and entering the battle, also deals Lightning Damage equal to 50% of Kafka's ATK and have Shock effect to all enemies for 2 turns.

Traces

Torture	When the Ultimate is activated, enemies will be changed from "Shock state applied will cause Damage" to "DoT debuffs applied will cause Damage."
Plunder	When a Shocked enemy is defeated, Kafka recovers an additional 5 Energy.
Thorns	The base chance that Ultimate, Technique, or the follow-up attacks triggered by the Talent will inflict the Shock status on enemies will be increased by 30%.

4	Recitativo	When the Shock status that Kafka inflicts on an enemy deals Damage, Kafka recovers an additional 2 Energy.
5	Doloroso	Ultimate Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15.
6	Leggiero	Increases the Damage multiplier by 156% for the Shock status inflicted on enemies by the Ultimate, the Technique, or the Talent-triggered follow-up attack, and increases the duration of the Shock status by 1 turn.
