Lucario

Lucario (ルカリオ) is a Pokémon from Generation IV and the evolution of Rioulu.

Lucario is a bipedal dog, wolf, and jackal-like Pokémon, with a some raccoon-like characteristics.

The overall color of the their body is blue, with most of the head and the tips of the limbs black, and only the body hair around the torso is pale yellow. On the backs of the hands and chest, they have one white spike-like claw each.

Apparently, these black parts are metallic.
