Miko Cirno (巫女チルノ, miko Chiruno) is a derivative work of the Touhou Project character Cirno dressed in a miko (shrine maiden) costume.
The name miko Cirno probably first appeared in an illustration by pixiv user Yuya.
The above illustration was tagged by Yuya as "It's OK to draw miko Cirno" (巫女チルノ描いてもいいのよ), and many users are now drawing miko Cirno.
Variation
Miko Cirno is often depicted wearing a blue version of Reimu Hakurei's outfit, though,
Sometimes she is depicted in a design other than Reimu's miko outfit in white and blue coloring.
