Overview
Chiaki is the secretary of the Pandemonium Society. A cheerful, light-hearted, outspoken character, she takes every opportunity to take photos, claiming to record things. She also likes Ibuki, just like the other members of the Pandemonium Society.
Though she's free-spirited, she sometimes makes comments that could be described as typical of a secretary, such as helping people get back on topic or summarizing the main points of a conversation.
She also seems to have been involved in creating the "Pandemonium Weekly" and has been seen asking for material for the newspaper.
