Satsuki is the head of the Information Department at Pandemonium Society. She is particularly fond of the classic hypnotise technique of dangling a coin on a string, calling it the "NK Ultra Project" and "science", and she tries it out on others whenever she gets the chance, but it doesn't work on most people and she usually ends up being treated as a weirdo.
She actually hates injections and has even locked herself in her room during vaccinations. She also hates bugs.

Her reason for being obsessed with hypnotism comes from her honest belief that it is for the sake of world peace.
